If you are mobile agent and need to reset your Prestige network password remotely follow these steps: 1. Log onto Prestige web access mail at https://mail.prestigerealtygroup.com/exchange/ You will be prompted to log on using your current network password
2. Once logged in select “Options” from the bottom right hand corner
3. On the Options page, scroll down to where you see Password and click on “Change Password”
4. A new window will open. Fill in your current password as “Old Password” and then enter in twice your new network password, then click “OK”. ***This password must be 7 characters long and cannot be the same as your last 4 passwords.***
5. Your network password has now been reset. Note: Changing your network password does not change your initial log on password to MBP. It does change the password for web access email, IT department and access to the public file online (and to your computer next time you are in the office).
