How to setup your Droid to use with company Exchange Email Server


In addition to our BlackBerry service, the RE/MAX Pros IT department is pleased to announce expanded wireless email support for the Droid. This service is offered at no cost to anyone who use the company exchange server and has a new Droid with a wireless data plan.

SETTING UP Droid WITH Exchange


The RE/MAX Pros IT department will be happy to help you get your unit setup, but unlike the BlackBerry service you will be able to setup the unit on you own. Directions are included below on how to enable your Droid with the RE/MAX Pros exchange server.

  1. From the Main Screen, tap Menu
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Accounts and Sync
  4. Tap Add Account
  5. Tap Corporate
  6. Enter User Name: prestige\first initial last name (ex. prestige\khannifan)
  7. Enter Password: your network password (password you use the check your email)
  8. Enter Server: mail.prestigerealtygroup.com
  9. Tap Next. The phone will search for setting and this can take a few minutes
  10. Choose which features you would like to sync. Email, Contacts, and/or Calendar
  11. Tap Save and sync
  12. It will take several minutes for your phone to sync with your exchange account.
